Administration Joomla! 5.x • Intro image in social media links

Sending a Joomla articlelink via social media (mostly WhatsApp) we like to add the intro image. This is regular for most news websites, see first en second message in attachment. In third en fourth message from Joomla website the intro image is missing.
How can we add the intro image?
